RULES FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS

ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPROVED ABSTRACTS 03/08/2026
ATTENTION AUTHORS: Abstracts must be submitted using the online form accessed through the log-in area, once registered for the event. The system will guide you through all the required fields to correctly submit your abstract. Check the abstract and required information prior to submission so as to avoid errors. No adjustments or inclusion of authors will be permitted following the evaluation. To submit an abstract, click on SEND ABSTRACT and log in with your e-mail address and password (used for registration), then follow the steps until completing the submission.
Note: During the evaluation period, eight abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.
Instructions for Abstract Submission
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts that may be submitted per author.
• Up to 6 (six) authors are allowed per abstract.
• The abstract must be a single paragraph and contain information relevant to the Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
• The maximum number of characters for the abstract is 2,500, not including spaces.

E-POSTER
The E-Poster shall be self-explanatory, following the template on the website, containing the Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
The presentation format must follow the template provided, with a maximum of one page (slide).
The use of tables and graphs is permitted at the end of the presentation. Make letters bold when necessary.
Note: Only use italics to indicate terms in other languages.
Avoid using excessively large images as slide backgrounds so as not to generate files that are too large to submit (maximum 5MB).
The E-poster title must be identical to the abstract submitted for evaluation.
Below the title (following one line of space), in a smaller font, include the name of the authors and respective institutions. When there is more than one author, separate them with semicolons.
Plagiarism from other events, abstracts that do not follow the requested structure, poorly written abstracts, or abstracts with many grammatical errors will not be accepted.
Authors must remain at the venue during the day and time of their poster exhibition.

ORAL PRESENTATION
The oral presentation must be compatible with PowerPoint® or another such software for editing.
Authors must check and test their presentations and carry the file on at least two different media.
Abstracts will be analyzed and judged according to the following criteria: originality; methodology; presentation; objectivity; organization; bibliographical references;
Available presentation infrastructure shall include: a computer, multimedia projector, and projection screen; presenter shall provide any other equipment or tools necessary.
