RULES FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS

ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPROVED ABSTRACTS 03/08/26
ATTENTION AUTHORS: Abstracts must be submitted using the online form accessed through the log-in area, once registered for the event. The system will guide you through all the required fields to correctly submit your abstract. Check the abstract and required information prior to submission so as to avoid errors. No adjustments or inclusion of authors will be permitted following the evaluation. To submit an abstract, click on SEND ABSTRACT and log in with your e-mail address and password (used for registration), then follow the steps until completing the submission.
Note: During the evaluation period, eight abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.
Instructions for abstract submission
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts that may be submitted per author.
• Up to 6 (six) authors are allowed per abstract.
• The abstract should be written in a single paragraph and should contain information relevant to the Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
• The maximum number of characters for the abstract is 2,500, not including spaces.

E-POSTER
The e-Poster must be self-explanatory, following the template available on the website and containing: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
The presentation format must follow the available template model, with a maximum of one page (one slide).
The use of tables and charts is allowed in the final presentation file. Use bold text when necessary.
Note: use italics only to indicate terms in other languages.
Avoid using very heavy images as slide backgrounds to prevent large files that may make uploading difficult (maximum 5 MB).
The e-Poster title must be identical to the title of the abstract previously submitted for evaluation.
Below the title (leaving one blank line), in a smaller font, include the authors’ names and their respective institutions. If there is more than one author, separate them with semicolons.
Plagiarism from other events will not be accepted, nor abstracts that do not follow the requested structure, are poorly written, or contain many grammatical errors.
Authors must remain on-site during the day and time scheduled for their poster presentation/exhibition.

ORAL PRESENTATION
The oral presentation must be edited using PowerPoint® or compatible software.
Authors must check and test their presentations and have the file on at least two different media. Abstracts will be analyzed and judged according to the following criteria: originality; methodology; presentation; objectivity; organization; bibliographical references;
available presentation infrastructure shall include: a computer, multimedia projector, and projection screen; other equipment or tools must be provided by the presenter.
